If the tracking link for your order updates to 'returned to sender' this means that it is on its way back to our warehouse. This can be for a number of reasons such as retention exceeded at the post office, incorrect address or if the order has been refused.
Once the tracking has updated to this messaging please get in touch with our customer service team at cs@mancaveinc.com.
They will then be able to refund you for the order so you are able to place a new one.
If the order is returned to us before you have contacted the team, we will automatically refund you for the order - you will receive an email notification from us when this has happened.
